Our Story

BinShahzad is Dubai’s top financial management services firm, and affiliated with Gold Wiseman & Associates USA.

Our CEO and founder is Raheel Shahzad and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois USA for over 25 years. He is also an attorney who specializes in USA securities law and participates in litigation and advises investors on SEC matters regularly. Before moving to the USA in 1991, he was a resident of UAE and completed his secondary education from the St. Mary’s High School in Dubai. After moving to the USA, he completed his MBA in 1995 from the University of Central Florida, and completed his CPA exams and started his professional duties in Florida, USA. In 2011, he became a USA lawyer after attending the Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Shahzad has been associated with major Fortune 100 companies like Walt Disney World and Danaher corporation as a finance professional. He also founded Hammerstone Law and later became a partner with the Blackline CPAs group. More recently, he embarked on creating a one-stop-shop experience for sophisticated business owners and investors as the founder of Gold Wiseman and Associates.
